i lost my virginity in the front seat of a car (yep FRONT) and for the whole 2 minutes it lasted, i had the car door handle jamming into my skull.

once i had sex in a garage, during the evening (still light out), while the garage door was open (i live in a decent sized town)

ok the only thing even mildly crazy was fucking my husband while our best friend was sitting next to us going "oh my god"
