I had a realization today, I believe the reason I have had troubles with depression is because I'm extremely pessimistic. I want to learn to re-focus my thoughts to more possitive, optomistic ones. Could anyone recommend a book, or some type of service?

Be Here Now. My husband's a chronic depressive and I drop it in his lap about twice a year. He reads it, remembers who he is, and all is well for a while. Then he forgets and I grab the book.
