Curing Your Bud
I have heard of people soaking their bud in whiskey for a day and then string it and letting it dry.I am not talking about making a tincute. I have recently discovered Green Dragon and love it.
I am just curious if anyone has found any cool herbs to mix with the bud OR ways to cure it.
I bought Some Tasty Puffs (go to website of same name for more info) a novelty flavoring you add to the bud. It is ok but I wouldn't use it all the time. But just got me wondering if anyone has any cool exotic Bud additivesOksmokey Reviewed by Oksmokey on . Soaking your buds in whiskey for a cure would be a dumb thing to do. The alcohol soaks up all the THC goodness so it is in the whiskey. Soaking it in there would just lessen the quality of your weed.

Well, if you took the whiskey-soaked buds and ATE them, you'd probably get pretty buzzed. But it'd be mighty gross!

Just harvest, dry it out, and after its dried to where you can snap a stem. Put it in air tight mason jars to further cure. You shouldn't need to add anything for taste, good pot tastes,,,, well,,,, good.

so I take it that means No.
The city I live in is filled with mostly brown comercial stuff from mexico. Kind is hard to come by and never usually consistent.
I had a couple different friends who knew middle eastern smokers in college. They would mix herbs with there weed. Both friends who experienced this loved it.
I have soaked weed in Everclear. And smoked it. I made Master Wu's Green Dragon (www.greendragonsoda.com). A couple days later the weed still got you high but not really stoned. The green dragon ended up being awesome and well worth the bud and time.
I now have some green dragon that has been soaking close to a month. I will try and smoke the weed when the month hits and I break it open and strain it out. I bet it the weed will have no effect and the green dragon will rock!
So no serious answers out there? We have any middle eastern smokers with some possible info or experience on the board?
