I had a dude I knew, kinda friends, steal my shit and drive away when I used to deal. I am not giving you advice, you do what you feel like. Personaly, I tracked him down to a party that weekend and beat my money out of him. I didn't do it for reputation though, I just demanded my money. The law won't protect dealers... dealers need to make their own methods of payments enforcement....
