it depends on what ur getting. If it's good shit anywhere around 2800-3000 bucks for a lb. If it's ditch weed between 2000-2500. hope that helps fellow stoner

Man, if he is your homie and all and treating you with that much respect than atleast offer him like 1000 for it. Either that or like maybe he would let it go for like $900. Who knows. You just gotta throw down a price and see what he says, then work your way up from there.
