put it in a couple of plastic bags and put it in one of those bubble wrap envelopes. Everytime i visit my mom in NC instead of bring an ounce on the plane i just mail it there. Ive done this many times and never had any problems. As long as its in the US there is no problem its just when it has to go through customs. no worries
