pH at 8.0??? Why would you do that? You want your pH in your soil and your water to be around 6 to 6.5 for soil. Anything higher and your locking out nutrients.
Racerx Reviewed by Racerx on . first grow--will you help? I've got 3 plants growing so far for about 2 weeks and they have all sprouted and about 5 inches. For lighting, i do 12 hours of the sunlight, i set the plant on the window, then when the sun goes down i place the plants under 3 soft white CFL's that are 150 watts (2600 lumen each). I have a pretty small wooden box, 12 inches high, 12 wide with foil on the sides. They get watered about every 12 hours. I am using miracle grow soil. I will post pics soon, but does this sound alright? i dont Rating: 5
