Enzymes will effectively reduce inflammation and pain.
Your enzyme production falls off dramatically after age 27.

Supplement with enzymes in your diet this will break down inflammatory material that ends up in the joints/disks.

They are completely safe even in high doses. These are very important. Look into papain and bromelain enzymes. Papain from papaya and bromelain from the pineapple stem. Or protese enzymes. There are many types depending on what you eat.

NSAIDS are a mistake as they only mask the pain and ruin your liver/kidneys in the process. Aspirin is also bad.

More omega 3 oils. Olive oil, fish oil, flax, borage, cocconut and rice bran oil.

This will restore the proper oil balance in the body and TURN OFF the inflammation gene.

The omega 6/3 ratio should be 1:4. Dont supplement with 6 as it is in just about everything you consume including vegs and fruits.
3 is the one you need the most. Too many Americans have a heart stopping 23:1 due to the trash in the diet and the bad type of oils used in the home and added into the processed food.
