finally sprouting

here some pic does it look like i need to lower lights any more the sprout are a week from a seed today.how long should i wait till i start nukes?lights are 2 4'bulbs tl5 ho/54w/840 sodium 300 and 2 oftl5 ho/54w/865halide 650 i fan and temps been running 84 to 90 any help greatly appreciated

these are other pic with lights off and for vegging stage is 18/6 right after 5 weeks go to 12/12?
