Yeah it's a bag of little rubber bands,you wear them on your teeth for a couple months and the gap closes...

I had to make a device to keep the band from cutting into my gum,but after that it was smooth sailing... My dentist burned me at first,but now she is a believer,but won't admit it...LOLz...

No, it wasn't a simple gap. It took me 9yrs just to get that gap in my teeth, than another year to fix it. My mouth was fucked when I was a young lad.
