Inferius Reviewed by Inferius on . Mars Volta/Red Hot Chili Peppers August 11, Portland, OR. Holy shit, the fucking Chili Peppers were great. Sadly, The Mars Volta (a band I really dig) blew their whole fucking set. There was no distinction between the instruments and it became an hour long mission to see who could come up with the most crazy sounding shit which made it all sound awful. Everyone in the Rose Garden was so down on Mars Volta, people in the front rows sat down. After a 30 minutes intermission, The Chili Peppers opened with Can't Stop. Everyone Rating: 5
