co2 sealed room, only vent lights off? if at all?

i have read many post on this topic and have heard all sorts of things from, totally sealed with a dehumidifier to you must vent evry so often throught the day.....i have jus read zandors post and it seems logical although im wondering if my cousins best friends girlfirends sisters gay lover has her room set up ok.... it goes like this

propane co2 generator with co2 controller set for 1475ppm
totally sealed room at the moment with dehumidifier with bulit in humidistat (holding steady in the 40% range)
2 1k watt cool tubes with plenty of air cooling them (fresh outside air venting back out to the outside)
temps do get up to 100 degrees at times but mostly stay around 85-90 there is ac but it is set at 79 degrees throught the house so the sealed room only gets ac when the rest of the house hits 79
does she need to vent? i was thinkng maybe only when the lights are out, any input is welcome thanks yall

Yes you can vent but I also know of many who use A/C and they don't vent at all. Unless they open the door and enter the room.

Now what I would do but they have no problem and their smoke is always frist rate.
