I saw this week that the original James Gang (Joe Walsh's old band before he joined the Eagles) was coming to the Nokia complex in Grand Prairie. Are any of you older rock and roll lovers going?

I saw that too onwardthruthefog.joe walsh is great man.I saw him in shreveport about 5 or 6 years ago and he was stupendous.a true guitar virtuoso.but I've got too many commitments right now to make the gig.it won't be a waste of your money tho', have a great show

Hi thcbuz. Thanks for the reply. I've seen Joe Walsh solo twice and with the Eagles twice, but never with his old James Gang buds. I wonder if he'll play his other music from after JG.

I doubt we'll go, since tickets are kind of expensive for good seats, and I believe it's on a weeknight. I'd sure love to go, but none of my friends are able to get out late during the week. It's a loooooooong way clear over to Grand Prairie from here.

It seems that there aren't that many concerts that come through here anymore that I want to see. Even in my middle-age stage of life, I still love live music. But the bands that play music that I love don't seem to be coming here much anymore.
