when wiil budding begin

I have not grown in 25 years started indoors and sexed plants- transplanted outdoors plants continue to flower for a month or so, then started plant growth again- had not had plants continue flowering before. now they are very bushey and wonder when I can expect the plants to start flowering again- i am in the mountains of west North Carolina
