okay well i got put on probation for random screenings and i havent smoked for two monthes now and so my jackass friend who is also on convinced me to smoke today when i was drunk what should i do to clear out my system ???????they test for creatine

why would you let someone do that to you man.. A true friend would not make you do anything... IM also on probation i have a u/a TOMOROW.
HEADSMAGAZINE.. had a-z of drug testing... Water sticks to fatty cells and depends on your tolerence(and potenecy of weed),fat,metabolism...

yeah man i just got on random pist test it sucks but yheah man true friends would not make u smoke..but drink water and go work out thc sticks to ur fat cells so when u sweat u sweat the thc out so water and work out.. for sure man..

You smoked once in two months? Youll be fine within a week. Working out is only good if you have more than 3-4 days before a test, cause although it'll cause you to metabolize the thc out of your fat faster, itll make concentrations in your urine higher while youre doing it. Water is pointless unless you drink it 1-3 hours before the test. If THC sticks to your fat, how is water going to flush it out?

Exercise can speed it up but other than that time. But make sure you stop the exercise 4-5 days before the test but if you are random, this might be hard to get in exercise without having to pee after working out or a long run the day before. As you increase the THC metabolism, it will end up in the urine so it can be counterproductive.

I agree, one time isnt too bad but for probation you should take precautions. Force at least a gallon a day till your next test and jog for more that 45 min..after that your body begins to burn fat not just calories. The tests will check for levels of THC not just traces. If you were completely clean before you may want to take this seriously.

your body automatically produces creatine, even if its supplemented, that won't clean your system. Just add a different chemical compound to your blood work. Drink gatorade, tea, or something that'll flush your system out fast. Drink like no, tomorrow.
