Anyway, my advice if you want to slow down: Get rid of all of your weed. It's very easy to take your mind off it if it isn't there. If you only want to smoke on the weekends, just buy a few grams every friday, and smoke it all by Sunday. I'd also go a few weeks without smoking at all to drop your tolerance a little bit.


my tolerance is pretty high right now man. A good .5 will get me high but its not as high as i used to be able to get.
