    time to stop being a stoner...

    I'm not saying its bad to smoke weed, but it definately is not good to be stoned 24/7.

    I think i was just smoking weed way to much. Like at least 4 times a day. morning, lunch, afternoon, before shower. that was just the basics. there was always a couple extra sesions. I could honestly say i was stoned for a majority of the past year. its had its side effects. horrible short term memory lol. lack of motivation. whaetevr im not here to critizice cannibis.

    im trying to stop being so dependant on it. im gonna TRYY and limit my self to smoking on weekends only. any advice to copee? lol

    Locks. Lock your bong/papers/w/e in the closet. Put your weed in something, lock THAT, then put THAT in the closet. Each lock is one more oppurtunity for you to realize that you're being a lazy bum and that you're trying to quit. Trust me on this one.
    Write it on your hand. Schedule some time for when you DO want to smoke, and look forward to that day.
    A big prob is boredom. Find things you like to do. Books, sex, drinking, meditating, excersize, WHATEVER< just keep yourself busy. If you're like me, the first two weeks will be a boring dreary hell. Just get your mind off it.

    I was like that for a while. But that was because I was bored and didn't have much to do. I still buy, but its more of a treat now rather than a habit.

    Keep yourself busy. If your too busy doing something it will stop you from thinking of getting high, but if you're at home, bored as hell, nothin' on TV, all you're gonna think about it gettin' high.

    if im tryin to limit my smoking i put my grass in 6 or 7 bags and tie them really tight. by the time i get them all untied its actually smoke-thirty

    works like locks, but costs less then all them damn locks, and no keys to loose
