The real answer is that entrapment occurs when the government actor originates a criminal design, implants in an innocent person's mind the disposition to commit a criminal act, and then induces commission of the crime so that the government may prosecute. If all these elements exist--and you can convince a judge or jury that they do, then you can defend yourself with an entrapment defense. Good luck. :thumbsup:

Part of the definition for entrapment is that if it leaves any possibility of the person not planning on committing the crime until solicited then it is entrapment(in this case over the internet).
