Entrapment Laws and the Internet
Ive seen cops countless times in atlanta trying to catch mufukas. They say shit really vague so they can twist it around to make it work in court.
I would venture to say that one could get extremely rich off a fool proof way of moving shit over the net.
Alot of these "fuck the police if they are watching I only have a joint ppl" take for granted that some people on here may have more than a joint. I couldnt imagine fuckin with anybody off the net. Entrapment Laws and the Internet Im curious to know wheter some one ask to buy Marijuana from you over the internet and then you meet in real life and sell to them if this would be considered entrapment? Part of the definition for entrapment is that if it leaves any possibility of the person not planning on committing the crime until solicited then it is entrapment(in this case over the internet). So Im making the assumption that you could sell to people that you have met over the internet as long as you leave traces of being Rating: 5
