Will a colonoscopy help me pass a urine test?
Someone just posted about colonics and I answered in there too. The massive laxatives you will take for the colonoscopy might help get rid of a little of the THC from your body but not much because some THC is eliminated in the feces. I wouldn't rely on the Glycolax to make a dent in your levels.

Get a home drug test if you want to know for sure if you can pass a drug test. Drinking lots of water for days and days before the test will not help you get clean quicker. All that water will not make your kidneys work better.
