I am just new to this site and the world of growing indoors with hydroponics and have been looking around at some machines that boast some fantastic yields...

As for good strains, there are too many to list and its more of an opinion thing, white widow, ak, blueberry, bubblegum, k2 etc

Anyway welcome to the boards!
