If you are growing a plant with genetic predisposition to go hermi easily, you can easily get more hermis. Yes, light leaks can cause herms. In the meantime, you've probably just produced some feminized seeds by accident. Whether they are likely to herm is something you will just have to find out.

My question is will the seeds of a hermie produce more hermi's? Or did I have a light problem that caused her to herm?
