What's a subsitute for P?
Well....
Risking tmi here...but...I've gone and tested the pH of my pee.
I'm a big time drinker of coffee each morning. So much so that I'm one of those that has coffee pee.
The pH of my coffee this morning is 5.5
I calibrated the tester, pee'd in 4 different containers (too see if it varied from early to mid to late in the stream), and took the readings...all are at 7.0
Hmmm...makes me wonder if I should be using me pee to calibrate at 7.0
Anyway...once I got to wondering it, I had to check for sake of my curiosity.
Verdict...I've healthy kidney function and nothing in my bloodstream that makes utilization of essential minerals a difficult thing to occur.
