Weed > Hard drugs?

I don't think pot necessarily leads to harder drugs. I have used coke but that was a long time ago (mid '80's) and it was all about getting laid back then! A small bag of white powder and you could score all weekend long. Those were the days!

Hello before i start, I just wanted to say something about the way people that do not toke veiw us smokers with relation to going on to harder drugs. I'm 22, i've been smoking weed since i was about 15 and i have never tried anything else, well booze. Not i might add, out of some fear or over devoloped sense of caution it is meerly that when i discovered weed it was a real "Leaf turner" Everything was easyer to deal with, i got my life sorted out to my satisfaction, my way of thinking Rating: 5

I first started smoking pot when I was 15 and i am 24 and I also think that weed balanced me out and help me sort my life. however I also feel it increased my self-esteem, i was out going and became more creative, and this has changedmy views and abstract thoughs. That is great but I have done some other "hard drugs" and don't feel they sould be called that. Any drug can be bad and any good for you, it is all in how you use it. You can become addicted to any drug. Alochol for example, is the only drug you can die from withdrawl (thats right, not weed, coke, opium, harion, acid, etc or anythng else). Funny how drinking is considered ok but that doing a line once in a while, of an occasional mushcroom or acid trip is considered "hard"???!!
