I love MArley Fest! I live in Austin and there are plenty of pipe venders at marley fest that dont card even though they are a little much sometimes...you can bargain with most. Your best bet would be to go to another music festival like Pecan street. you can usually get a glass spoon for like 10-20.
Maybe ill see you at marley fest this year.

I have to say that I kind of have memories of buying my first 10 bag. I didn't really know how to smoke it, i think i ended up making a soda bong. I eventually got someone with a dremel to make a hole in a vodka bottle, it was alright for a while. So many bowls, pipes bongs and joints later. I love every toke and hope this kid does too.

if your going to roll j's you could probs use this KNOWLEDGE

when your done rolling, twist one end, then hold the other and shake it (kinda like what we all used to do with airheads ) to compress the weed down. kinds makes it shorter and fatter tho, and i like long thin j's.

other option would be to taker a dollar bill and fold it in half, then put the j in the crease, fold the dollar again and roll the dollar inbetween your fingers (im sorry i cant explain well, maybe someone can do it better than me)
