Prices and shit are different for different parts, but that's definately a good amount of bud for $10. I usually buy kind bud, it's not killer shit but it's slightly above mediocre (at least that's how I would define it).

Getting a piece might be difficult at 16, I'm in Mass and you need to be 18 to purchase, though sometimes they don't card. You'll probably have to resort to making a ghetto bong or something for now. I see you don't have any pothead friends to show ya the ropes so I figured I'd try to fill you in on the basics.

How I would make a ghetto bong is grab a soda bottle, and burn a hole in the side. Grab some tinfoil and make a little bowlpack, poke some holes in it and pack your bud in. Also burn a smaller hole in the side as a rush hole, to clear the bottle. Or get a hold of some papers and roll a j! :rasta:

is it sooo hard to just drill a dremel tool in a vase and find parts to make a stem and bowl?
took me less than about 3 hours all together when i was actually looking for stuff/drilling and about 2 thinking about it while i was bored sometimes...
but of course no one would prolly be willing to go to a junkyard/bodyshop dump to look for parts like i did.
