Jihad, the exertion of efforts for the cause of God, is a duty satisfied at the communal and the individual level. At the individual level, it denotes the personal struggle to be righteous and follow the path ordained by God. Communally, it involves both encouraging what is good and correcting what is not and waging war against enemies of Islam.


They do not go out and try to kill everyone who isn't Islamic, that's a Christain practice... Muslims use Jihad to defend their faith not promote it. Are there a few who use Islam to attack the West, YES... but they aren't the president killing tens of thousands of innocent civilians. That's what christians do.

Oh yeah... Christians also took part in a little thing called the Crusades and the conquest of south america Not to mention the killing of 90% of everything that was native to this country... but I guess it's ok to be a part of a rightous group who only wages war to pass on thier flawed doctrain than it is to follow a religion that only promoted violence when attacked or threated...

The main purpose of Jihad as well as the main purpose of what Christianity once was, is Knowledge... Jihad is the mass gain of knowledge and coming to peace with the self and the world... not killing people..

So spread your hate someone else.. I would like to live in a world full of love..
with both christians a muslims...
