I am worried about the humidity levels in the grow room. Anyone know how can I lower them? Ventillation is not an option sadly...

De-Humidifying?
Use a high powered revolving fan, this gets the air moving and lowers temp and humidity. Dont point it directly at your plants if you think its too strong.

vapourizer, not humidifier, and not the same thing as a houshould vapourizer either
