When should i add nutes

I have a quick question about the topic and I didn't want to make a whole new thread.

Is it better to feed your plants with every watering or every few weeks?

yes every week or fortnight is good...its much better than sprinkling ferts on the soil etc coz its obsorbed directly into the roots..
