Sounds like a cool little project. I hope you'll post pictures if you go ahead.
I would probably use as many fluoros as I could fit in there. Normally I don't advise people to use anything but HID, but in such a small space, I wouldn't want to take up any room with more fans and ducts. I would probaly have a top shelf, that holds all the timers and stuff, and mount the lights on the underside of it. I would also try to find a variety that grows real short (lowryder?). I am a fan of NFT, but for this case I would probably use a real shallow DWC set up. In this small space I would not try more than two plants at a time - one in flower and one in veg. You said scrog, so you will have to partition off a section for the two different light schedules. I would have about 1/4 of the space go for the veg section and 3/4 for the bloom section. In my opinion scrog is definately the way to go. A little more involved to set up and do right, but you get to harvest twice as often.
I'm excited for you. I hope you do this. I would be glad to help guide you through it and I imagine others would too. I am not a weed god, but I have several years scrog experience.

Oh I just had another thought.
If you really want to break new ground, try this experiment:
Use HID lights, and keep the refregerator running. You might not need any fans for the lights. When the temps get too hot, you could have the fridge turn on and cool everything down. You would have to do a little experimenting with fridge settings and times, but I think this may be possible.
Has anyone ever tried using a refrigerator to cool their grow area? Talk about the ultimate way to easily keep a grow room cool. Just have your grow in a refrigerator.

Are u a new grower because if you are i think the whole idea yutts said about turning the fridge on will be kinda hard for a novice grower.

well i am a new grower but yutts idea dont sound too hard i dont think i would just need to know to wat temp to keep it under so if i do go that way were can i get cheap HID bulbs do they screw on to normal bulb extencions
sounds like a good idea tho yutts
so hows lowryder high, flavor, yield(personal use)
wats nft or dwc set ups?
would orange cali bud be a good strain for this wat could be some good sativas?

yea it does sound good for growing just the space is a lil small but its growable how long would we(if u decide to use urs) have to veg for to not get too big for the flowering space avalaible
im gonna do wat yutts said 1/4 for veg and 3/4 of the space left for the flowering im thinking of using the fridge rack instead of the ohter chicken net
i was also thinking how big of a pot do i have to use cause i heard we need about a 3 to 5 gal bucket?
can some one help me out on some sativa strains i could use?

done forget that a fridge does not use new air, its stale air until you open up the door, so you might have to cut some holes to get circulation, and dont forget to scrubb the mold away with bleach and a hair dryer, mold can be very dangerous if smoked,,, good luck
