yes then take...fuck I forgot I think its viatamin c or d will make your piss turn yellow, make sure you piss yellow once before you go in for your test tho

Drink TON's on water, and run your fucking life off to burn off any fat you got on yourself, at the same time stay away from fatter food's.

if you drink a lot of water your piss would be white so the people would suspect dillution, if its yellow they wont
