do you have any proof of this, wikipedia says there a developing country that has opened up to 'western' civalization, as in a lot of them have mobile phones, internet, tv etc.
i can find no mention of cannabis use, although they say that bhutan is the only country in the world to have banned tobbaco.
there's also no mention of people having to pay 200? a day just to stay there.
