as long as the 1st ammendment stands that site will not be barred from talking about murders. I've seen close friends shot down for no reason and I have been unfortunate enough to lose family to grizzly murders but if the information can be accessed by the public then people can talk about it and thats that.

He was deeply disturbed by this when he found people chating about his cousins brutal murder last January and inventing wild rumors about his cousins sister posting on the site.
