Lol I dont think they really meant marijuana will make people smoke PCP, I just think they meant the increase of smoking marijuana lead some people to receive shitty weed causing people to put shit in it to spice it up (ex: PCP) and stuff like that. I dont believe it but I know it has been done before and I believe it has been done to me. But after seeing these videos (plus more) I doubt I ever touched PCP.
