i think a worgasm (lol) sounds awesome! I agree with whoever said that the penis wasn't actually in the uterus (i don't think that's possibly: thats what the cervix is for). I don't think it's unhealthy at all.... i like the comment about a baby having its forehead dented tho. hahaha
