Could you perhaps supply those of us who do not know what a brainwave generator is with a link to a description?

brainwave generator
I use this one all the time: http://zzz.330.ca/progz/zflsh.shtml
Usually when I'm stoned. Sometimes I use it as a strobe light to go along with some fast techno/electronica, sometimes I'll just zone out if I can't sleep.

Produced in a deep state of sleep. Some may even fall asleep while trying
this scope.
- Theta Waves - 4-7Hz:
Produced in a very deep state of relaxation. Assosicated with good
memory and imagination.
- Alpha Waves - 8-14Hz:
Produced in a relaxed mood.
- Beta Waves - 15-30Hz:
Produced when we are fully awake.
You should
close your eyes, and watch the flashes through your eyelids. 15 Minutes, or
sometimes less are just enough to let your brainwaves synchronize with the
flashing pulses the program creates."
The color all depends on what you like the most. But if you start really getting into it, it's amazing some of the fractals/patterns you can see underneath your eyelids.
I tend to use brighter colors when i'm stoned, and trying to zone out, becuase you'll be falling asleep anyway. But when you're actually tired, brighter colors can be a bit annoying.
