i have the same feeling when i smoke cigs but only when i smoke them really far apart

I agree it happens more often when I smoke far apart, I guess my body begins to hold on when I stop smoking and smoking releases it. But what is it that is being released or dropped by smoking?

I know alot of people that complain of feeling sick when smoking both weed and ciggarettes. If you don't feel comfertable with the feelings you're getting, I wouldn't keep doing it.
