need help on multi vitamins please!

ok so yesterday i dropped some x pills, and i heard that multi vitamins are good for the after effect of the X, so i was wondering how many multi vitamins i should take during a whole day, i already took 3 today..and it helped a lot, but i still feel like shit a little...so how many more do u think i can take today without getting sick?...if this is a stupid question, im sorry
