use a cherry picker. you can even control your hieght with a joystick!! LoL

try playing Load'n'Pass! get a big ass bong, fill it up for your friend, pass it to him and watch em try to clear it! great fun there
simply repeat the process, i.e. once he /she clears it, he/she loads and passes it to the next head!
