In the veg room they're in now, we have an intake fan and just passive exhaust. We also have an oscilating fan circulating air. The wireless thermometer says it stays at a nice 73-77 degrees with humidity at 40-60%. The last plants were loving it. Check out pics of the room on the first page.

My friend moved this outside for awhile while he was working on his new box, and I'm almost 100% positive its showing female pre-flowers.
