gotta meet with my PO in bergen co. nj. Anyone ever been in the same boat?

hey guys,
this is my first post here, lots of useful information on this board but I figured I'd give it a shot to see if anyone has ever been through the bergen co. probation office in hackensack nj before. I got busted last winter for possession under 50 grams (first offense ever). In june I had my court date and was accepted into the conditional discharge program (basically probation for 6 months) and in late july I got a letter from my PO saying he wants me to come in august 17th (did not specify in the letter whether a drug test will happen, just that the meeting will last approximately 30 minutes and that I MUST BE ON TIME .) Now, I consider myself a rather heavy smoker when I am not in school, so once my court date was past, I started up again and well, basically, I have a feeling that if he will test me on the 17th, im gonna show up positive (even though I have been exercising, dieting, sweating, drinking detox tea, etc. etc for the past week and a half) If anyone has ever been in this position before or has even pissed a dirty in nj probation, let me know what exactly happens. I've heard that some get a second test and that they just test the levels the first time around, others have told me that I face jail and/or some sort of rehab (the jail part I doubt since the state did get all my money right away). I'm just confused so if anyone can elaborate on this, its much appreciated. Thanks in advance guys!

if you can just hold off for another week, you should be fine. keep up the exercice, drink lots of water, yadda yadda yadda. just kill a one hour detox kit before you go talk to him to make sure.

Its a violation of your probation to 'be in possession of', ie: have the weed in your system. So it depends on the PO

My ex boyfriend used to meet with his PO and he didn't get drug tested. But just in case, order online quickfix 4.0. It costs somewhere around 20.00 a bottle and I just passed my drug test with Qwest with it. It comes with a heater pack and its premixed, all you got to do is heat it up per the directions and wear two pairs of undies or not, depending on if the heat of it bothers you and take the test. You will pass with flying colors. It won't work if they watch you pee but I highly doubt that.

i went into the probation office this morning, and absolutely nothing happened, no piss test, not even a drug and alcohol evaluation. i guess for the first offense its really just a slap on the wrist. i was so relieved when he said that this would be the only time I was going to meet with him and that it is my business from this point on as to what choices I will make (like smoking a blunt tonight to celebrate this nonsense being over) but man, i decided to chug one of those vale drinks beforehand, that shit is awful, I nearly barfed in the dudes office. guess i can just blaze the nausea away now :rasta: peace all
