Naming your pieces

i think naming pieces is kinda dumb so i don't usually do it, but my buddy insisted on it so i told him i'd name my piece if something good popped into my head. my bowl is red and when there's tons of resin in it it also turns blue, so i named my bowl "spiderman".

My first glass pipe was Jessica (named for my friend who first got me high, and the Allman Bros. Song) and my blue bong is Superstar Escobar, and my red mini bong is Dwayne

My metal pipe is Sir Jeffy the Roachmeister.

We got him opening day of The Ringer, and we usually only use him for roaches now.

I think it's a psychological thing. When you name a piece, you identify with it more. It finds a deeper and more special place. You know, that place you can only get to when you're really, really high. I call that place happy.

Me and my mates named my latest piece, Tim.
its a monty python - hte holy grail quote,
"I, Am an enchanter, there are some who call me.......Tim"
seemed appropriate

hmm i just smoked some taasstttyy outdoor and...my bong is black so we named it cartel....and my wood pipe is woody, i need a name for the bubbler and the chillum...i've named them 20something times i just keep forgetting:stoned:

My friends and I name (almost) all our pieces after Greek/Egyptian gods.

Pipes: Horus, Hermes, Nike, Sobek, Hades, Prometheus, and Phoenix.

Got a bubbler named Poseidon and a bong named Apollo.

My friend named my glass spoon "Grassputin" once when we were smoking on top of a 7 story construction site downtown. That was the best time ever.
