Ok seriously...I think I have a problem
dude same exact thing happend to me today..its actually kind of cool when you're stoned. Im pretty sure its just your eye lense has some dirt or something on it
you can probably flush it out with some visine or something. If that doesn't work see an eye doctor. They gotta have some high tech eye washing shit.

Hon, diabetes sounds really doubtful. At least for your symptoms. I think that was very good advice Cannabis gave to lay off the weed for a bit.
But truly, I think your imagination's simply working overtime (as it tends to do when you think too much and isolate a lot). Remember how I reassured you about five weeks ago that your throat discomfort wasn't cancer and that you'd live to see another ailment a few weeks later? Well, that ailment has now arrived in the form of slight imagination-aggravated visual disturbances.
Stay busy, be with friends, don't obsess about this, and I'll bet money it goes away. Try and get some extra rest and eat well, too, for a few days. Slight paranoia and obsessive thoughts tend to be worse when you're tired.\"That best portion of a good man\'s life: his little, nameless, unremembered acts of kindness and love.\"

Everyone gets those "floaters," NightProwler. From what this link said, they're usually harmless.
