i've been going 2 days so far and its killing me i just wanna go to the shop and buy some

nah i know how it is.... lol i realy needa stop im young and im smoking menthol... lol o well fuck it.. i love a square every once in awhile... jsut DONT chain smoke campbell...have a square every few hours just to get the buzz!... Run, work-out, do something :thumbsup:

Sorry to say for me it took a year before I was confident I wud not pick up...

the first 21/2 to 3 months were a bitch"the hardest test of willpower" I have ever experienced in my life...

Yeah, i was working on a movie set a couple of years ago, when the key grip came in one morning and said he was glad to be on a job, 'cause he just gave up smokin cigs (or fags as they say across the pond). He was imposible.... he was absolutly the worst, short tempered prick. So i sent one of my guys out to buy a carton and to leave packs on his tool box, his kit...all over. I know i should have been more supportive.. but some one was going to get killed. It was in the name of safety
