I used to call that a "Stone Over".

try to take a couple Tylenol before bed and see if that helps.....

You might drink some more water, make sure you are hydrated.

If those dont help... lay off the weed, and see a doc.

it might be due to the smoke inhalation, which will make your sinus flare up. maybe try eating it? smoke better stuff (better stuff = higher THC, which equals less smoke)? vapiroze maybe? if all else fails, take your favorite OTC pain reliever. or if you're an opiate addict, just take a handful of oxycontin and begin your day of normalcy.
