How much water? How hot is the area? I would only use one of those lamps right now. I have some 3 day old seedlings under 4 244w cool CFL's and they are doing OK. Have you used this water before? Don't give in, they may bounce back before you no it. Don't try to do too much to fix it. Basic things to check are water, temps and light. Also, if your temps are not to high you could put the plants about 6 in closer to the plants.
    Hope this helps

hmmm do you have a fan pulling air out of the area???

its a must to properly control temps you want a fan pulling out hot air more than a fan pulling air in both would be great try this out......

put you hand as close to the lights without getting burned when your close enough that it dont burn thats how close the plants should be.
