If I'm rolling a joint and I'm in a hurry or it's just for me and the girlfriend, I never use a roach. I can roll without a roach so that you'll never get weed in your mouth and you'll be able to actually smoke it all the way down to the point that it burns you.
Also with no roach, you never accidentally take a hit off of a burning piece of cardboard either, that's disgusting.
I will use a filter when I'm using urban wrap cigarette papers because it just makes it look more like a cigarette.
Plus I don't mix with shitty tobacco, so maybe that's why I don't need a roach.

I personally think that the actual roach gives the entire joint its form.

But, I then again make a totally diffeent joint from US and UK

Small and short, and i use 2 small pieces of rolling papper and make a T shape so the top of the T is the fat part of my sexy joint. And the roach is there to give the form

pft, fuck cardboard roaches man. when i smoke that shit i can taste the cardboard. i always use an old glass bong stem to hold my joints. it's kind of like a cigarette holder, except it's glass... and the joint fits inside the glass tube, not the glass tube fitting inside the joint (as you would with a cardboard roach).

Thatâ??s brilliant actually :thumbsup: â?¦.but if you have to carry paraphernalia while smoking a joint than that would defeat the whole purpose of rolling a joint in the first place.
