They found pipes in the back seat and 40 ounce malt liquor in the trunk. He failed field sobriety tests so they arrested him. Now he's being charged with Driving While Intoxicated, Driving While Ability Impaired By Drugs, and Driving to Slow. He admitted everything to the cops. They said that they might give him a break if he rats out some dealers, but I don't think he wants to do that. Now he has to appear in the same court where he was just convicted of underage drinking a few weeks ago. This is also his fourth arrest since March. I don't know what to do about this kid anymore.

if the police want him to rat out dealers, then you should rat out dealers who have skimped you or have been shitty to you.
