MO Drug Testing

Ok, now then, all that I am going to say is that I was busted for misdemeanor possesion and that I will have to be tested and go to my PO regularly. Now then, my question is: what will I be tested for? I would like to know what I am able to use (or more importantly, what I CANNOT use). So shoot straight, and know that I can't fail a drug test, or more than likely go into lockup. Thanks in advance.

honestly..in the state of missouri...they test for pot..crack...cocaine...meth..any narcotic pill...and for certain chemicals that are used in making meth or any man made substance...your best bet is to smoke the day after your tests and then go dry for the rest...they will probably do your testing once a month and they will notify you of the dates...missouri doesnt really do much against marijuana...IN SMALL amounts...so exactly how much did you have?

It was misdemeanor possesion, in other words anything less than 35 grams. And punishment? 6 months jail time and up to $500 fine, not to mention the fact that I still have it on my record.

lol...you must have an assholle for a judge...i went to court once for a ticket and people there had been arrested like for that...they got 340$ fine and 30 hours community service....looks like you got screwed...

I was on prob in Mo for 5 years for 5 felony drug counts. I only dropped a piss test 3 times in the firist year, and never again the last 4. If you keep your self out of trouble, they will probably reduce you to unsupervised. I just had to mail in my forms, pay stubs once a month. Just do what your are supposed to, clean up, show up and don't bullshit them and you'll be fine. They dont' usually test, unless they suspect you are using. Don't USE. Get you a sheet of paper and hit a 12 step meeting at least 1x a week., have someone sign it for you and show them the signed sheet.

They will test you for what ever they want to.

Was this your first offense? If so, did you get SIS (suspended imposition of sentance)?. How long are you one po for? You will more than likely get unsupervised after you do a part of your time. Every PO i worked with were pretty cool folk. They don't take no shit, and you don't have any reason to give them any.

i got arrested for possesion of marijuana in missouri........they said there going to give me a court date in about 30 days(they'll send it in the mail) they also said its a state penilty not a county so thats y they didnt give me a date right then and there......but i didnt have anything on me.....i was high when they arrested me i told them that....but i didnt have anything on me in the car.......there was weed in my g/fs purse and a bowl.......and then there was a blunt right next to me...so i will get in trouble for that probably.....what kinda charges will i get?
