Because what seems like a lot of foreplay to a young man is still likely precious little from a young woman's perspective. Do a minimum of a half hour of kissing, petting, necking, groping. Whatever. Ideally do an hour of it. Make her purr. Make her howl. Then give her some oral stimulation. It'd be wonderful if you could do that till she came at least once.
